Villa Venia is a wonderful, newly renovated luxury villa with a private swimming pool, located in the Tragaki area of the beautiful Zakynthos Island. The villa is built in a large, 17.000 sq.m. plot of land, which guarantees full privacy and peace – and offers the guests a panoramic, breathtaking view of the Ionian Sea.
The villa measures 100 square meters and can easily accommodate up to 4+2 guests. Villa Venia features two bedrooms; one is a master bedroom, equipped with two single beds that can be joined into one king sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed. The cleverly designed and arranged living room is combined with the dining area and the modern kitchen, and there is also an additional common bathroom with a shower, as well as a double sofa bed.
In general, the villa is luxurious, fully renovated and modernly furnished, and the outdoors features a spectacular swimming pool, as well as a furnished patio and a built BBQ.
As a special service, the guests have the oppurtunity to arrange a private chef or to get fresh homemade food delivered to the villa easily through an application!
In addition, the villa’s owners run the famous Ark Bar in the nearby tourist resort of Tsilivi and one of the biggest and oldest wineries on the island, Callinico Wines, producing more than 15 different wine varieties.

The owner also run one of the most popular bars in Zakynthos, Ark Bar. Ark Bar is located in the famous touristic resort, Tsilivi and has been keeping company to its customers for more than 20 years, who after all this time are a family!
Ark Bar organizes events throughout summertime, like Elvis-themed parties and football nights. If you are looking for a morning coffee or a fancy cocktail, Ark Bar is the place you are looking for!

Villa Venia is located in the area of Tragaki, near the world-renowned tourist resort of Tsilivi. Tragaki, located on the east coast of the island, is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends that seek sunshine, a wonderful location and a beach with clear turquoise waters. The nearest beach is Amboula, where several restaurants and super markets can be found.
In a distance of about 4' drive there is also a water park and children's playground that is open to all, along with a couple of bars. Tsilivi is a very popular resort, featuring long sandy beaches and excellent restaurants, traditional taverns and bars. In the center of Tsilivi one can also find money exchange agencies, a post office, public telephones, travel agencies, super markets, car rental companies and many shops. Additionally, the guests can find an amazing waterpark near the villa!
